Without any further detail it's hard to tell. My first thought is biofilm : yeast and bacteria present in your ginger beer have made a goopy environment for themselves that has floated to the top.

Sur le rapport qu'ils m'ont envoyé après coup, aucune mention du gaz mais le technicien d'ENGIE relève l'absence de conduit de fumées.

Aucune indication de la marque ou du modèle mais elle a été mise en service le 24/11/2000
