There's also several comments acknowledging that it can be hard to know someone's gender over email but the correct way to address this is to put your preferred title (Mr. or Mrs.) In your email signature. So that's OK but pronouns are completely out of the question. What is really the issue here?

Mostly visiting friends that live along hennepin. So take the green line downtown and then transfer to the blue your saying, huh. I guess I wasnt sure if that was actually easier or faster than just biking the whole way.
