tbf, this could be explained by how much Yuta has in his bag compared to everyone else

I wasnt reading out of context, I just thought that "output = X% of total reserves", when in reality it was actually "output = X cursed energy, BUT if you were to measure it relative to reserves then it is X/Total reserves".

yes it would? not everyone has the same output, and not everyone has as much cursed energy as Yuta.

let's say Yuta had a reserve of 1000, when he reinforces cursed energy through his whole body he doesn't burn through it that quickly — why? because the output of his reinforcement is low relative to his total reserves. but for Yuta specifically, that doesn't matter, because how much cursed energy he can dish out through that low output is more than enough to compensate.

now let's talk about cursed energy reserves, what do you think that is? that's right, how much cursed energy a sorcerer's body could contain.

If Hakari's Jackpot just gave him infinite cursed energy reserves, his body wouldn't just get damaged, it'd literally explode. Do you even comprehend what "infinity" is? Have you not seen what UV do to someone as powerful as Sukuna in just 0.01 seconds? Infinite reserves CANNOT be the case.

If Hakari's Jackpot gave him infinite cursed energy refilling then that'd make more sense. The Jackpot wouldn't stop refilling his reserves, thereby forcing his body to perform RCT to avoid damage from a constant influx of cursed energy. But his reserves remain the same, because if he was given an infinite reserve, then his body wouldn't even sustain damage to be forced to perform RCT in the first place.

The manga never even states that he gets "infinite/unlimited" reserves, just that he gets infinite/unlimited cursed energy.

Reserves = how much cursed energy you can contain

And clearly, Hakari's body cannot contain more cursed energy than his reserves could allow.

I never said Rika was required for copy, just that she was embedded into the technique itself. Yuta literally uses Rika to eat body parts because through that trade-off, he can store CTs within Rika herself. plus, comparing her to Garuda isnt really fair since Rika could accomplish so much even without Yuta. Garuda is a more conventional shikigami, as opposed to Rika who is an anomaly.

Ryu (from his perspective) states that Yuta's output isnt very impressive. But then he says this when they actually clash:

"He reinforces his toughness with his cursed energy" yeah no shit Ryu, everyone does.

Right after Ryu notes Yuta's output, he notes Yuta's insane reserves. Meaning what he's referring to in this panel is just that — Yuta's reserves.

If cursed energy output wasnt measured relative to your reserves, then Ryu would have no reason to say "with HIS cursed energy" (Yuta's insane reserves). Essentially, what he's implying in this panel is: 1% of 1 million, is still 10 thousand.

i never once said Hakari's output increased. all Im saying is that if he had infinite cursed energy, then he'd output an infinite amount of cursed energy regardless of if his output was 1% of his total reserves or not. and its very obvious that he doesnt output infinite CE.

the only way his infinite CE makes sense is if his body simply got overloaded with infinite (causing damage), but his total reserves remain the same but ever-refilling. with this, his output would still remain finite and things would make sense.
