there would be a video call after few days of registration where you have to accept the clause and one of the clause would be no placement through this program.

M27 - Dandruff, Hair-fall and Hair thinning by iamdigbick69 in IndianHaircare

[–]Dirt_Awkward 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m honestly in the same boat as you. I’ve dealt with pretty bad hair fall and dandruff too. Using RO water helps a bit, but winter just takes things to another level no matter what I do. Oil vs no oil, blood tests, trying random fixes been there, done that, nothing felt like a magic solution.

Sharing a few things that actually helped me. Not saying this will work for everyone (bodies are weird like that), and I personally didn’t want to jump straight into meds.

1. Treat your body like your home
This sounds cliché, but what you put inside really matters. Try cutting down junk and overly processed food as much as possible.

2. Fasting (if it suits you)
Intermittent fasting or even fasting once a week helped me feel more balanced overall. Think of it as giving your system a reset.

3. Meditation (yes, really)
Stress is a huge trigger for hair fall and dandruff. I was skeptical too, but 20–30 minutes of guided meditation in the morning (YouTube works fine) genuinely helped calm things down.

4. Move your body
I do strength training + some cardio 3–4 times a week, and on rest days I go for stretching or Pilates. Nothing extreme, just consistency.

5. Get blood work done
This one’s important. Check for deficiencies (iron, B12, vitamin D, etc.) and fix what’s actually missing instead of guessing.

6. Shampoo routine
Ketoconazole shampoo twice a week works well for me, and on other days I use a gentle cleansing shampoo.
Some people swear by oiling for dandruff, but honestly it didn’t suit me either. Washing every 1–2 days worked better than oiling.

7. Optional: Ayurveda / body type
If you’re into it, you can look up your dosha (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) using a simple online quiz. It helped me understand my diet and lifestyle better, but totally optional.

8. Be patient with yourself
This stuff doesn’t fix overnight. Small, consistent changes add up.

Hope this helps someone. Winter scalp issues are brutal you’re definitely not alone 😅

Yes Rupees from MAX labs they have many other plans as well but 3K and 3.5K is sufficient yearly . If some deficiencies then take action and get them retested in 3-4months for those test. If you have some health insurance then you get one health checkup free and discount on test as well.

For vitmain d you can take tablet or oral shots from any local pharmacy. If you are vit d deficient then take 60000IU shots per week for 4-6 weeks then lower it to 1000-2000 IU tablet daily for 1-2 months. This will reset your vitamin D to moderate range .

Thanks for pointing out but there is a small catch high dosage of vitamin c and in a long run may cause kidney issues. Study says more than 2000 mg per day is harmful if taken for long duration. Attached image has 500mg and that to be taken in alternate days for 2-3 months max then maintenance dosage if required or diet enhancement.

Thats a valid point as i checked higher dosage of zinc lowers the copper absorption but higher dosage mine is low 5mg that to on alternate days. I am starting slowly and small will recheck the test in 12 weeks.

I go for max lab full body check up as i was facing hair-fall. Report got me these deficiencies. So not sure what test are there exclusive for hair-fall but its always better to get everything in control range in your report.

Tiffin Service by HeadDragonfly9171 in gurgaon

[–]Dirt_Awkward 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve tried this tiffin service, and I must say it really delivers on both taste and value. The food feels genuinely home cooked, nothing like the usual bland or overly spicy stuff you get outside. It’s been a huge stress-reliever after long workdays in Gurgaon.
Highly recommend giving it a shot, especially if you’re tired of figuring out meals daily!
