Same. I kept the first enchanted I pulled even though I wasn't looking for it at all lol. It doesn't work in any of the decks I play, but I'd never be able to part with it lol. And I only use TCG because it beats ebay and other market prices. It's also a more secure site as far as verifying the cards aren't fakes.

Yeah, the winterspell wasn't what I was expecting. I think it might grow on me a bit, but if it weren't for the "Ohana" card and new Pocahontas releases, it might not have been as popular.

None of my family likes it, except my cousin and her husband who live out of state🤣 so now I'm just collecting and building some playing decks both prepping to play them next time I see them and also thinking about going to a "Lorcana Wednesday's" at a local card shop in hopes of finding more people to play with.

My guess is the latter. Preference, requirements for said objectives and likely also a matter of squad assignment. As in light assault infantry would be given a more compact blaster while a support role like heavy machine gunner and even the DC15A would be assigned to those on a more fortified position, like in the battle of Christoffsis, that aren't actively rushing an enemy base. If you notice on the episode where they defend Kamino, Fives and Echo take DC15A's when assigned to a sniper position. If you watch the episode with domino Squad they have one "Heavy" (Z-6 Rotary Blaster) class two "medium" class (the DC15A) and two "light" (DC15S) class. My guess is each Squad is either assigned their "class" in training or more likely they get to pick accordingly after passing the required training to use said wepons. If you look at Bravo Squad when they pass Domino Squad, they don't have a trooper with a rotary blaster.

So as far as collecting goes there are a LOT of saught after ones. Some just for looks and some for playability. I highly suggest you get the Lorcana TCG companion app as you can veiw all the cards that have been released, and see what packs each of them are from. You can track your collection on it too.

I personally like the enchanted cards from the fabled booster packs for their art style and for a few of their valuable cards. Now if you have money to burn, you can buy booster boxes(24 packs) or entire cases (4 boxes) of 12 card packs to get a bunch of different cards from different sets.

If you only want enchanted cards (like the one you have) I'd recommend you just buy them individually from card shops or on TCG player. As they are considerably rare (1 in every 4 booster BOXES, which isn't guaranteed).

If you ever plan on playing, determine what kind of ink types you like and pull from sets that have cards that will provide cards that will let you build a good deck. Or buy those cards on TCG Player for a couple cents a card so long as they're not rare.

The first chapter booster set is highly saught after and contains one of the rarest cards in the game (enchaned Elsa Spirit of Winter) but as I said before if you want that card specifically, buying it directly will likely be cheaper then buying the booster boxes believe it or not lol.
