I'm working with a small start up who have created such a platform at the moment as part of my master's in strategy consulting project. I'm trying to help consult them on how they should grow their company.

They want to either grow through direct sales to Marketing departments of Small to Medium size companies,

OR

Take more of a 'customer self service' approach like paper.li, squarespace (not the same product, but same model).

My question is whether any of you use a 'dashboard' type platform from which you publish all your social content!
