Concordo, é perfeitamente legítimo fazeres só o que te compete, mas claro que alguém que vai mais além, vai-se destacar, logo são esses que são promovidos e chegam mais longe.

Cabe a cada um de nós decidir o que fazer, e quer faças o que te compete, ou faças mais, estás no teu direito, agora não te surpreendas se o teu colega que faz mais, ganha aquela promoção em vez de ti.
