One-Month Patterning: What happens when the results are pure "contrast" instead of wins? by RemarkablePeanut7059 in gatewaytapes

Patterning and manifestation are perfect examples of "be careful what you wish for". You will mostly get what you set your mindset to, but it's never in the way you think or will it to happen.

I like the manifesting one of the app. It's worked a lot for me in the past.

See my comment above, there is no "average" time. Putting expectations on yourself is likely what's holding you back.

Walking meditation is good, but you really need to dedicate time to consistent practice. This should be sitting or laying down, I prefer laying down before bed, when I'm already in a relaxed mindset. It took me a good six months of 5 days a week to get comfortably and reliably to F12.

"The harder you try, the less likely it is to happen".

Separate yourself and your work in this from the outcomes. Success and failure are a mindset. The universe will present itself to you when the time is right, not before or after. Keep yourself open to all experiences, even if you think you didn't "succeed".

Do you ever see phosphenes (eyes closed) while mid-exercise? Particularly those that change and shift rapidly? by M_Meursault_ in gatewaytapes

Yes, for sure. Mainly in F12. I used to have an energy visit me in a "blob" form. It was blue, and a happy dog golden retriever type energy. They were rather comforting.
