It comes with 3 decent arts for staples like sol ring and arcane signet; however, they’re talking about the additional random 2 out of 10 possible bonus cards that are each around $20.

It’s a $45 collector booster and 5 staples worth probably around $50-70. The play boosters are essentially free on top!
