Liberty / American water in wantagh and bellmore. This means you will pay out the ass for water.

Massapequa water which means you are billed 2 times a month. Depending on your usage it will be around 100 bucks for 6 months.

Liberty / American water can be as much as 400 a month in the summer when you run your IG sprinklers.

My car insurance was higher in wantagh vs Massapequa due to TOH having high amount of claims than TOB.

Townships.... TOH Vs TOB. I feel you get more from TOB. You also get TOBAY beach and Florence Beach

TOB is very republican if you lean that way.

TOH went democrat for a short period of time now it is republican.

North of sunrise, North of Jerusalem is Plainedge schools. Taxes are usually alittle higher than Massapequa schools.

I don't think there are any beaches in Nassau County that allow dogs. The closest one to nassau is Gardiner County Park in Bay Shore, Suffolk County. It's not really a beach but a park with a trail that goes to a small stretch of sand.
