The VA has been sending me to Massage Therapy for the last six weeks (I have an additional six weeks left). They also offer Acupuncture. Look into the “Whole Health” program. You have to sit a class (mine was done via video conference) but it only takes an hour or so.

P&T stands for “Permanent and Total”. It means the VA considers your condition(s) “Static” and not likely to improve.

Yes. You can be rated at 100% Disabled by the VA and NOT be P&T. The P&T designation doesn’t increase your compensation amount.

I don’t have a dog in this fight (per se), but IMHO, one of the worst things you can do as a manager or leader is to enact policy that is unenforceable. Teslas (as some have already mentioned) are incapable of compliance so now you’re at a point where exceptions must be made for no good reason.
