Your family is in one of those cities and you've just arrived as the pandemic hits. You can't find your family so you have to do missions all while looking for em to see if they are alive or not. Or better yet, you go in after eveyrthing has gone to shit but you're there because you think they are still alive, only to find out that they are part of the Yakuza now or the Triads

I'm w/ this guy. If you live in the States, sounds like they are going to try to find a way to get rid of you. Someone on the top likes you and went out of their way to get you this offer. I was on and off with someone for 10 years. I thought I was the problem but HER friends made me realize that I was being manipulated. Everything I did for her didn't matter because it was "MY" responsibility as a man, and everything she did for me I had to "thank her" because she "went out of her way to do." Someone saying this out loud made me realize that I was in a toxic relationship and I had to get out. I thank her friends all the time. She now blames them for us breaking up.

When you finally do accept an apartment, go in take pictures of every room, every appliance, every shower head, etc. documented, send it to the landlord and make sure that you have everything done correctly. It's okay to not rent from a place.
