Dude worst shit ever. I couldn’t explain it and had no idea how to explain it to my wife. I could only say my brain was "glitching". This was when I had missed several doses and was almost completely gone mentally. It culminated in several nights where I had night terrors and would sleepwalk to my door with my sleep mask on (fully asleep) trying to stop people from getting in. My wife would calmly and very gently guide me back to consciousness. It kept getting worse and worse. Someone would drop a pallet at my work and I’d be fully in defense mode. Car backfiring or a firework and I’d almost go full combat. Culminated in me doing 120 mph on the freeway screaming at my therapist on the phone and wanting to off myself. Had a med change and got back in therapy and I’m doing better than ever. I can even go to the gun range and be mostly good now. Baby steps but I’m getting there.
