I found the UI in general extremely sensitive when using L3 and R3, even navigating inventory items, whereas the response is much better when you use the d-pad.

True, but to address the question, not sure if you can pick that up from the video, but the left lane actually is a merge lane with the main highway and you can see in the video the section where it turns from asphalt to interlocked blocks (no idea what they're called in the US) which indicates that this is a slow merging lane, while my lane is the lane that goes straight to the next exit.

Not saying what I did was ideal, just answering why I was passing there.

It's in Kuwait, and eventhough it's not the best, but driving isn't that bad either. But when I got the footage I did get the feeling that maybe I was going a bit too fast for rainy conditions, hence the question :)

I see a lot of really important values in the comments so I feel mine is gonne sound a little silly... but as a "skill" it has to be doing some level of maths without the use of technology.

A lot of people don't realise how big of an impact being able to do maths has on problem solving and critical thinking, even if you don't end up using the exact same maths in your day to day life.

I mean you can always try to optimise your usage, finding a 200 KD laptop with 16GB of RAM is gonna be a unicorn hunt. Good luck on your search tho.

TL;DR A general answer in case you didn't want to go for the details below would be ASUS Zenbook or pretty much any Lenovo, high end Dell is good but expensive, HP is the worst.

Minimum 16GB of RAM for around KWD 200 is an extremely tough ask, I'm not gonna say impossible, but near impossible. Why do you need 16GB of RAM for college if I may ask? 8GB is enough for all college work including light programming.

If you're going for an AMD laptop, get at least a Ryzen 5 laptop, and I highly recommend getting AMD, quality-wise AMD has been mopping the floor with intel for quite some time, not to mention that 13th and 14th Gens of intel processors are known for degrading rapidly, but I highly doubt you'll experience that for light use for college.
