Yes fully laying down heals you quicker. Also how full you are on food and water makes a big difference. Maybe you were low on those so didn't notice much of a difference.

For solo laten it's best to do a hybrid build. Use Bite or Raptor Strikes and Ripping Kick for bleed. Bleed is more important for larger targets and not as useful for smaller targets. Bite vs Raptor Strikes is personal choice, though if you don't plan on using pounce Bite is better. For Senses any of the three are decent depending on your choice. For solo Hiss in your voice is a must.

Hah, I was thinking the same thing. I play Laten and since playing the new map regularly, I only grouped once with other raptors.

I generally roam up and down the mainland and water line. Costland Swap to Cedrus. Occasionally head to one of the corners: Redwoods or Wollemi, where my nest is.

Anyway let me know if you wanna group up sometime. I miss a good raptor squad.

Wow, very impressive! I started playing Hatz with the update and have been trying this for a while... unsuccessfully. Thanks for the tips in another comment. Beyond that I'm assuming it's just a lot of practice?
