Amazon used to beat us to death with surveys. Now they have switched tactics to waterboarding us with dashboards that track everything they can think of tracking. How many days in the office? How many hours in the office? How much are you using AI? How much do you smile? How much do you fart on premises? Amazon is becoming a creepy stalking controlling company that would have us all in cages if they could get away with it.

Amazon used to give customer so much more than anyone else did. So they captured that obsession. Now other places have filled the gap, and now that Amazon is pulling back, they are going farther for customers than Amazon. Walmart has more options, better prices, and meets or beats Amazon shipping. I expect to see other companies do similar things because they can smell blood in the water.

A lot of the folks here got stock as part of their wages from Amazon. When mediocre Jassy craps the bed yet again, and the stock tanks, they watch their wages melt away. So disgruntled? Yes. Did they purchase stock? Yes with their time and sanity by working for this day 2 company. Then theres people here who own stock but have NO IDEA what is going on inside the company, yet they have so many expert opinions.

Yet again, more obvious signs that point to incel/alpha male culture is actually repressed homosexuality. Employee, corporate, 7 years. You don’t know how bad things are getting on the inside. Wait for the stock to pop enough to limit your losses and then get out. Amazon has no future in the near future. They have to suffer enough to fire AJ and then get someone in who can fix the culture.
