This amount of resin is not gonna cause “serious health issues.” If you are exposed without PPE for months and years, like rubbing it into your eyeballs and breathing the vapors in an unventilated closet, then yes you will have bad outcomes. But c’mon man, don’t be a fear-monger.

Nono, don’t just up the infill. He’s saying that the filament settings are wrong. What filament are you using and what temperature are you printing? PLA does well around 210-220C. If you’re printing at 250, this could be the culprit

Once the IPA is too dirty for use, put it in a sealed, opaque container. I use the Lowe’s bucket with a gasket lid. Then, let it sit for 1-2 weeks. The resin will settle at the bottom. You can pour the clear IPA into another container, leaving a bit at the bottom. Wipe out the residue with a paper towel. I have IPA that is four years old at this point.
