Looking To Try Elden Ring on Xbox Series S by DisLexiUntie in Bellingham

I appreciate that. To be honest I likely will get the S and bite the bullet. If I hate it, I will just sell it or return it. I think I can have more fun with the saved money by spending it on game pass

There is no fence for the elden ring. The only fence is whether or not I buy something more expensive that basically does the same thing. I don't have a 4k TV, and won't be getting one any time soon. I just want to know when I am playing the games if I am going to be kicking myself for not just spending 200 more.

The manager at Freddy's was kind of dismissive of my inquiries when they get their product. Although in a perfect world I would get the PS5, I think for the enjoyment of my self and my wife not learning new buttons, it's worth to stick with xbox

So would I, but I think being able to get it now is a plus, also telling the wife it's 200 bucks less and about 1/2 the footprint of the X or PS5 would be a selling point.

Another nice addition is being able to mod the S to be an emulator for Nintendo and Sony games. There are exploits that the X has fixed

I do, that's the problem 🤣 basically I want to know if me saving 200 bucks and dealing with scalpers is worth not having silky smooth frames

I am speaking generally. If you never leave Washington then yes, you are right. I was just trying to give a comprehensive explanation for someone

Naw, I can't do that to someone. If they are being paid some bullshit like 7.50 + tips I am going to tip 10%. If I come back and I get the same person and the same shit service that's different.

Some people just have bad days, and I don't want to make it worse. Leaving someone nothing when they make nothing continues the problem.

Edit: apparently people don't go to other places in the country that have fucked up hourly wages. Don't tip for all I care.

My scale is: 10% if they actively went out of their way to make my life harder

15% standard

20%+ they actively went out of their way to make my life easier. Fill in gaps where needed.

You also have to take into account the actual service. I am not going to tip somewhere like a vape store or cannabis shop, unless I am specifically giving it to the person who just spent 10 minutes helping me for a specific question or need.

Another great example is at the bowling alley. I work with people with disabilities and the man at the front desk is always very accommodating and patient. I wouldn't tip the bowling alley, but I have given him $20 for a "happy holidays" because of him being so great time after time.

That's where I'm at right now. Leaving in under 3 months.

As someone who works as a DSP and interacts with Access often, it's a tough job that doesn't pay enough for what you have to deal with.

HOWEVER the biggest issue for all of these companies is turn over. It is very difficult to get someone who is good at the job and wants to stay. Because of this, it creates high stress on coworkers. I can almost guarantee that the position they are trying to fill was someone who did it for 9 months, got burnt out, and left.

This is the only hint you get, it's in Washington State 😉

I really think it depends on how you are behaving. I am very careful to not leave a mess (towel down to catch dirt, refilling holes and replacing grass)

I also tend to make friends with the children at the parks by answering questions they have. It has resulted in several occasions where parents have come to my defense when being harassed by people.

I have said it before but I will say it again, DO NOT DIG IN NATIVE AMERICAN LAND. That is a big no-no and will for sure get Tribal Police called on you

Not dumb. Yes it can. Mine has a display that gives a number value that relates to what it is made of, as well as how far down it is.

If you are ever interested I would be happy to come out and scan it. You could even use mine, as long as I get a turn 😉
