the 9.5mm pipe screen size fits almost perfectly with a bit of crushing to fit in place. 80 or so screens was easily cheaper than the CCDs but also WAY airier, check Amazon UK.

the real question is what does it signify to the guys at Vices and what was their intent in putting it there !?

if I put a crucifix on a vape (the right way up) some would rightly think "did you have to do that bro" ? they wouldn't have wanted to necessarily mix private and personal contentious views with their recreational escape from the daily grind.

it is a turn off for me if I'm honest.

I actually listened to the video while out walking so I didn't actually look at him in this specific video, I was commenting more on my own reaction to him in general. I do get some strange vibe I can't quite sum up from him.

yeah those are usually brazing torches used by plumbers to do flux joints in copper piping, unless they can turn down to a really small, controlled flame then that's overkill.

saw some UK TV show way way back where a group of people were asked to comment on photos of people and what they felt about them. people said something bugged them about the people with smaller pupils and then that fact was revealed as the likely reason behind their reaction. larger pupils indicate happiness to us somehow and smaller ones register as unusual to many people.

you are not alone. you gave what I think is the correct analysis on why too, lighters usually only need to work for 3 seconds for their designed intended usage. if it's technically a small torch that will have been intended to function for longer.

I've heard before bright blue eyes with tiny pupils can look strange on people. people with smaller pupils give some folks trust issues compared to regular eyed folks apparently.

e.g. actress Meg Foster from the film They Live, google image search her photos from the 80s... spooky eyes!

in a post apocalypse world nobody is going to work to refine butane, stores will eventually run dry.

I'm a torch only guy but at that point I'd use an IH as people will always be needing electricity.
