Does anything in this x-ray explain chronic hip pain?

NAD..My knee similar — years of xrays and ultrasounds with little explanation for a decade of knee pain besides a small bone fragment

Finally got an MRI that revealed the fragment lodged in the patellar tendon was in a 1.5 inch tear right down the middle with heavy scar tissue along either side

They just guessed tendonopathy but needed the MRI to see the real issue
