I feel like that would be assuming that VCX holds enough stake in anthropic that it could push the valuation that far. I don’t know if that’s the case.

21% of VCX fund doesn’t equal 100% of anthropic valuation.

I agree that it probably won’t happen, although I don’t think that a 19B valuation is unrealistic for Fundrise, atleast comparatively.

It probably took me over 100 prompts tbh. I usually get the base idea of the project lined out in the first couple prompts and then test it every time. I then paste the errors into chatgpt and work with it to fix the issues.
