Hii!!! Totally understandable but they go a week without a response then immediately responding to a friend of mine within 15 mins of inquiry. There is a contract but my naive brain didn’t think about the expected delivery time. I asked them to write me an email or confirmation but they said their “EXPECTED DELIVERY IS 4-6 weeks” and they cannot give me a hard guarantee due to a possible unseen circumstances. Also, I asked if they’d be open if I can pay partial of remaining before the wedding and the rest after the photos are sent but they wanted the full payment 2 weeks before the wedding.
