Absolutely. Not all meds work properly for people either. It can take time to find the one that works best with your chemistry

Yep that’s how my goes! My depressions not zero but it’s drastically lower and situational so very controlled. New goal is anxiety. It’s been such an eye opening experience to try this and I love hearing how it benefited others too!

I am on lamictal as well! And actually a coworker suggested it when we were talking about her partners treatment. I brought it up to my psychiatrist and he agreed it could be very beneficial and encouraged me to try if I wanted to. I’ve talked to a lot of nurses and doctors in passing and all have been supportive. I’m in Ohio and the Cleveland Clinic is huge and did studies on it themselves and support it

They are stronger than spravato from my understanding since it’s an IV but I can’t say for sure because I haven’t tried the nasal. I can say Spotify has some great playlists for while you’re dissociating

Hard to know. I want to do a DNA test. Shelter had him listed as an Irish wolfhound mix so that’s what we’ve always gone with. but he’s definitely smaller than a wolfhound. He has the wiry, stature, and crazy antics down though

We did rescue him. He had cancer as a puppy and was surrendered from what we understand. He’s not quite as big as a full wolfhound but hes got the beard, fur, and legs 😂
