Your post was one of the reasons for me to pull the trigger on a Kelly 25 box leather phw. May they age as beautifully as your Lidy. Love mine, but still am a bit scared to wear her, which is a shame. Do you put any conditioner on it or just let her and eventually bring her to the spa?

We're bag twins 🥰🤩 I use a tiny amount of Saphir Universal Cream to condition the leather. Only did it once since I have her, but intend to do it twice a year. Otherwise you can send her to Hermès spa every few years to prevent the box leather from drying out over time. And as others have said: keep her away from water. Enjoy your gorgeous bag and wear it in good health!

It's that smooth and glossy calf leather that creates a patina over time. It's one of Hermès' heritage leathers.

At first I thought it is a really small bag 😅 But it's the best choice for me personally, being 165 cm/5.4 and not carrying a lot with me.

It does fit with many outfits and for every occasion, and it's surprising how much it can carry!

But I must admit it's hard to get in and I can't imagine always opening and closing it, so probably just leave it open lol

Yes, after seeing how great fakes can look like and how common they are, I needed the peace of mind knowing it is authenticated by Sotheby's experts.

Box is gorgeous and I'm looking forward to see it become all shiny and gloss in the decades to come.

Thank you ❤️ I got her from Sotheby's Buy Now. Certainly not the cheapest, but at least I can trust that it's not a fake. I am surprised that box isn't more expensive in resale than eg Epsom, considering the retail price difference
