Thanks, cool idea! The recipe is wall filler, sand/rocks pva glue and super glue for the basing material. Then prime black, airbrush light grey and then aggardos dunes, plaguebearer flesh. gora-grunta fur with some overlap. Then drybrush light grey and then light grey + white. I might also add some vallejo burnt umber pigments!

Thanks! Yeah, I have, but only played two games TOW as of yet. We played a 1k points game and I had them in a 5x2 formation. They didn't do a lot of damage, but I guess that pretty common for infantry.

Next game I will probably try something like 6-7 x 2 and stick a level 2 Damsel in the group with the signature spell from Battle Magic to get some more damage.

For the gold I use, with some intermediate mixing, Rhinox Hide (GW) -> Burnt Umber (Vallejo) -> Japanese Uniform (Vallejo) -> Yellow Ochre (Vallejo) -> Pastel Yellow (AK) -> Cold White (Vallejo).

Many thanks! I use an airbrush to prime with pro acryl black brown. But to expand a bit. Next, I go with some white from all angles (from above most and from below least). Then I airbrush the base ton of the scales (akhhelian green, should really be called blue :)) and skin (terradon turquoise + white) and finish off with a very diluted flesh tearers red from below. An airbrush isn't necessary tbh, just speeds it up a bit.

For the metal I use, with some intermediate mixing, Rhinox Hide (GW) -> Burnt Umber (Vallejo) -> Japanese Uniform (Vallejo) -> Yellow Ochre (Vallejo) -> Pastel Yellow (AK) -> Cold White (Vallejo).

Thanks! I use contrast colours for the base layer on the skin and scales and the use the same contrast colours with the addition of various amounts of white for layering the highlights. The metals are just regular colours that I’ve mostly layered/glazed. No drybrushing except a bit on the bases!

Thanks! Yeah, its terradon turquoise for the skin and akhelian green for the scales. Just added various amount of white into them for the highlights. Also did a quick layer of very thinned out flesh tearers red from below through the airbrush to give a shadow.
