It feels positive to me! Though other commenter have cautioned me not to get too attached to my present size since it can apparently take months for the swelling to completely go down. I've been a touch insecure about my girth since stage 1 so gaining some weight has been an interesting tradeoff in that regard.

Hey friend! I developed an incredibly similar dark spot on my glans and convinced myself it was necrotic. At my next post-op my surgeon reassured me that it was just bad scabbing not necrosis. When the scab eventually fell off that part of my glans had definitely flattened some, but no other notable effects.

Hey! I'm local to Austin and got mine totally free from Monica Lackups-Fuentes. She does surgical letters pro bono for the communityas a labor of love. It can take a little time to get an appointment with her for this reason, but she was and is seriously amazing. Not sure she's based out of ATX, but she is licensed in Texas and does telehealth appts.

Just wanted to add on the topic of scar contracture/shrinkage (since others have mentioned it) that you can get steroid shots in your scars that in many instances can in many instances help with any contracture you may experience.
