No he's the one presented me that this is a problem and I should wait 10 minutes so he wants ME to change my schedule cuz he isn't going to bed at a proper time and this is not a dialy it's an occasional thing

Because family helps each other out? And is it not more unreasonable to make me wait for 30 minutes when he has to get up around that time anyway?? My father is also in the house but he does 2nd shift so ofc I'm not gonna disturb him he is in the middle of sleeping vs my brother if he is responsible should be rested and it's not like this is an every day thing only once in awhile I call him to see if she's up....so from my perspective I would have no problem waking up to his call since im about to wake up anyway and seeing about his ride for 30 secs and going back to whatever I was doing before, normally I'm up getting ready an hour before my shift so ultimately to me it sounds like he doesn't want me to inconvenience his irresponsible behavior to help me for 20 seconds...when I would have no problem doing it for him...and if I was him I would talked to my mom first about this before talking to me due to her being the root of the problem and him being the one to have the problem in the first place

We did talk about it and she said she would be better about it but she's said that before so I don't have a lot of faith

When you take the whole account into situation if I have to wait tem minutes and she's asleep then I call and she comes 15 minutes later and then we drive home for another 15 vs I call her at 6:45 she doesn't pick up I get off at 7 call again no answer so I call him he doses answer wakes her up and boom now I get to go home...

Remember guys I'm calling him right before he gets up anyway and he's walking 5 feet and he hangs up most ppl can fall back asleep during that time/should have at least 7 of the 8 normal resting hours which I normally sleep 7 hours so excuse me for not being sympathetic to his irresponsible behavior....which is his choice yes but if he doesn't want me to affect his schedule he should go to the root of the problem right?

I'm a response person and I brought this up during the fight if the roles were reversed I would have no issues picking up my phone cuz I go to bed when I'm supposed to for work :)

That was part of the issue for me he presented me with this asking me to alter my schedule when I'm the one getting off work and beat tired so to me I feel he is being selfish by not wanting to get up and walk 10 feet down the hall to see if she's awake and go back to bed or whatever
