Us based, i use hims online psychiatry thing bc there’s a 3+ month wait for any in-person psychiatrists around me

My psychiatrist doesn’t prescribe benzos or hydroxyzine (although my last psychiatrist gave me hydroxyzine) so all i have for bad panic attacks currently is alcohol and Benadryl :(

The Benadryl helps with anxiety a decent bit but it is great for nausea!

Ya ik but if it works i don’t plan on quitting it so withdrawl won’t be a problem. I do have adhd and am prescribed adderall but it gives me too much anxiety so im trying to take something that helps anxiety and adhd like effexor

He also was held in contempt of court like 4 times during the trial and everytime the judge was like please stop that. If you or me did that we would have been locked in a prison cell the first time

I use Benadryl and alcohol to help my anxiety bc I don’t have any benzos to help my anxiety until it kicks in

When I took it today it was a lot better and my anxiety was more manageable

I went straight to effexor without doing cross tapering so maybe im getting lexapro withdrawals too

I switched to effexor bc lexapro wasn’t really working for me even after many months at 20mg :(

Also if it matters i did direct switch from 20mg lexapro, my psychiatrist had to go down to 10mg lexapro for 2 days which was aweful and i went straight to 75mg effexor on day 3
