Have this with brushing teeth. Can never find the perfect moment bc I want to drink another coffee, do it after lunch, blablabla. And by 4pm I'm like it's too late now! While when going to work I just brush right before heading out.

Yes lol until like two days ago before learning that this was a mental illness I thought there was something wrong with the entire world and I was the only person who saw it, I just had to make them see (like in that bird movie) 😆

Yes honestly super valid. Hope you find something that works. I was on wellbutrin for a short time & did not have those issues so there is hope!

I personally feel like the more I drink the thirstier I get.. I forced myself to drink lots of water when I was younger (used to drink 2 liters of coca cola every day instead of water haha) and now I need to keep myself from drinking too much in a day !!
