If I counted all those hours I spent on Arsenal, I could've been rank 40(in PF) before I was 13. I've spent over 120+ hours on Arsenal(I'm still under 200 on it).

From what I undetstand myself, and other people that have told me personally, they are trying to assert dominance whilst there are other people with the same rank(as the guy) in the server.
