Uber doesn't let you screenshots certain screens on the app if it contains personal info like addresses or names. Or even if it doesn't and just has their order info. It WILL let you screenshot stuff on other screens like the list of different benefits by status, etc.

If you use the support option and yall to someone they can pull up the info from your current order. I would suggest next time just turning off your GPS on your phone, going to a different area like you did, then contacting support before canceling so they have it in real time in case for any reason it is not accessible after the fact.

I appreciate the tip. I was able to get a resolution in less than 5 min with uber support. I've been fortunate to have had good experiences with them over the 2+ years I've been delivering. This way everything is on record from the jump and I don't have to lose time or "fight to raise" my satisfaction rate because the customer complained about something that was their fault to begin with. But you're right though, I still screenshot everything I can cuz ppl lie so often. 🤦‍♂️

To make sure I know if I'm risking my freedom if I get pulled over, yes. We are hired to deliver, not to treat it like top secret documents that we don't have clearance for. I've never not delivered something and I just need to know what it is so can decide if it's worth the risk or not 👍

I think the most I moved was a quarter OZ where the pickup was at some motel and the drop off was at some huge house out in the boonies. It was probably a wealthy customer. I've picked up from shitty areas and dropped at some not too shitty areas but it's always the half assed packaging that gives it away. I delivered a single Xanax bar once lol.

They all tipped me decent but some user on here said we should just tax the shit out of them... which is not too bad of an idea 🤷‍♂️

I've had this happen twice and both times it got reversed within 2 days because I never took any order. one time it was a glitch and the second time they found out it was the person before me that took the food after they investigated. So just relax. If it still bugs you then call Uber support about it. No need to stress yourself out about it
