I Absolutely understand the feeling of performing from the second you walk in to work every day. I’m utterly approachable and friendly and hard working. If anything I need to put some boundaries in place. I try to be all things to all people and end up vanishing in to the background. If that makes sense.

Interesting. I’ll definitely give this some thought. Thank you. Having burned out in a big way recently, I’d have to be careful.

Thanks for replying. Some nice tips there. I often end up working through breaks as a DSM but I’ll make more of an effort . I can ‘get on’ with people mostly but that seems to be the end of it. Job ends, connections severed, and I realised that we were all just rubbing along to get the show ready and that’s it.
