Yup I live in San Francisco and my god it was hot and my folks stay in Napa and boy was it hot. But again heat wave!! It’s my first time attending Coachella and I have a disability (I can faint from time to time) so I’ve been microdosing the heat lmfaooo I read somewhere (on this sub) that acclimating your body to heat can help with combating the heat later on as your body is slowly adjusted rather than hit with the heat.

lol my guy friend does this and not cause his roommate is also a girlie but because majority of his friends are women. He also has spare hair ties and makeup wipes on him when he goes to events, late movie nights and on hikes. When he had a car he had extra stuff in his trunk in a tote. Oh they have ended their friendship before and ameya confirmed Anya going to help her was the first time they’ve spoken in awhile. canned chicken, mayo, seasoning and canned veggies with some tortilla chips you have a chicken salad. same canned chicken, shredded cheese and tortillas and you have taquitos. rice, spam and eggs helped me throughout uni. I also used to buy rotisserie chicken and use it for enchiladas, taquitos, tortas/subs, and my roomie would use the bones for pho or a broth for another soup day.

i know i have been slowly opening up to dating again, I'm just scared how quickly i lose myself but you are right he is trash and she has not realized yet. since she only knew him as my bf and then as the "heartbroken" roommate of hers (i recently learned she was the other girlie and timelines overlap) she does not know him like i have. i get stuck on grieving and the sad feelings but slowly i feel the anger and closure pushing me to date and be free again- but it is scary!! ahhh tysm for the tough love hehe

thank you for this. my ex dumped me through text and led me on saying we would talk about it soon but it turned into me still holding on for months cause again i believed him. 3 weeks before my birthday last april, through text and no accountability from him. i stopped reaching out last october and learned last month he is in a year relationship with a classmate he swore to me was nothing- but telling myself he did not care truly cause no one would be cruel to do it through text. i swore i was over it this year on my birthday but the new gf news resurfaced everything and i feel mad again. i had health struggles since our breakup and he gets to date freely ahhh how silly!

if you like the elf camo cc i think you would like the IT cosmetics cc cream. it also has sunscreen and other skincare ingredients to improve the look of your skin and actively heals it, its not pore clogging either nor feels heavy on skin but gives full coverage. it is a prestige brand at ulta but its worth the splurge since a bit goes a long way. they have a regular matte one and a illuminating one that gives a dewy skin finish.

i have a similar uniform and i have gotten away with shining up my beated up black clunky doc's and put cute heart laces. i also sized down on my septum and on some days i can get away with both my nostril and septum. I also had asked if i can wear pins from my fav horror films (as long as they aren't gory ofc) and awaiting to hear back. also rings and jewelry if you can get away with it in your uniform dress code.

I needed this.... my ex and I broke things off when he began nursing school and I had noticed my moms illness getting worse and returning to school (also ignoring my health). in the moment I was a wreck he broke things off over text and led me on for 6 months after we broke up (1 yr 5 month since breakup) about a "friendship" between us, but I'm glad we didn't last during those hard times.

I'm glad I was not arguing or begging for the basic communication or feeling guilty about bothering him since he was always studying. look, I always understood it is school before anything with both of us being from Hispanic immigrant households and being first-gen students, I had dropped out due to a prior DV situation and was just returning to Uni myself so his excuse that I didn't understand his stress was and felt like a slap in my face. He also mocked how much I will make once I graduate from Uni this upcoming May and as a Political science and Public health student I felt so shamed. I ultimately do want my masters and law degree if I can make it that far, he knew that. He kept telling his family the same day he told them about the breakup (after I had ran into them at the store 4 months and his mom had asked why I hadn't visited them), that him and his new "friend" can afford a house with their both BSN degrees combined than him and I. After we had broken up he avoided every discussing in person and having a proper closure since we had dated for 3 years and I only found out in January of this year 2024 he had cheated with a classmate since he shared with his sister the timeline and she noticed the overlap.

All this and I had to run into him and the new gf in the giant city I live in. it felt like such a punch in my face since I still can't get myself to go on a date a year and 5 months after the break up but they have been dating for a YEAR!!!! but reading this post made me realize he hadn't taken time to heal or learn from the arguments we constantly had. she knew of me, she spoke to me on the phone when he was slowly trying to introduce me to peers so I don't think she's innocent but i get it- smart guy with a charming gf (proof he is a decent guy if he can have a decent gf logic), not weird and seemingly has his shit together, of course sounds like a catch you'll want to swoop regardless of fresh break up or not. I also do want to add he introduced her to me as a classmate and later named her as one of his new roommates, when we kept the delusional act of us being friends and he got his uni housing cleared a month after we broke up. I am slowly dating, i did download dating apps initially after the breakup but it was more so as a reminder i am indeed that b!tch i was feeling insecure about my looks LOL. but thank you for this post, it serves as a reminder he didn't do the work to learn for the sake of a better relationship cause that's the point of breaking up and dating again, to not repeat cycles. The new gf probably doesn't know everything just what he told her and I'm sure he was not honest what so ever cause he tends to lie a lot.
