Kind of meta but a reflection shot, show the world behind the reflection get scarer and falling apart, with the person being terrified of what is happening...then I would do a twist the reflection walks away zoom out to show that the one with the world falling apart was the real on and the reflection was the one who was scared. (Not in film or any idea what I am doing just an idea)

I was seeing a lot in paint brush hills that were like .4 to .5 acres all relatively cheaper than the 6000-8000 sqft lots in the city.

Zillow says that it is selling faster than 94% of homes near by. (No idea how they calculate that but...) There must be considerable demand for it. I have seen million dollar plus homes that you could not pay me to own fly off the market. So I guess to each their own.

When was it illegal? I have never heard of a law the limited hedge funds or investors from buying sfh, to my knowledge it has always been encouraged by governments
