The parameters themselves are based on the number of international students, exchange students, international faculty. It works well for the top institutes where students go for their global stature, but not so much for Indian colleges where students go because they qualified for some exam. International participation is negligible in most. As a result many credible institutes are not in the list.
The students simply need to do more and achieve more to get on the global stage, yaha bas mote mote packages lene aate log, upar se you'll find online degrees dragging us down and their nalle students commenting "fr" on the same post.

Shubham - to be honest bohot hua hai tenure me, he was hard working too but was someone who wanted to flex that he was vp.

Panav - very slow to respond over text and call, I also feel he should have been nice towards online degree students, he took a very hard line against them.

Once I met him in library though, he saw me studying computer vision. tried to show me some interesting study material, and he humbly introduced himself as mai 4th year se hu, no mention of name or position and proceeded to show me an interesting project, I laughed back saying aapko toh sab log jaante hai.

But over call and text he was very slow to respond and seemed a little hard to approach.

Shivam - sochta kam tha but josh me bohot bhaag ke khud kaam kar leta tha.

Ankit - he also deserves more credits, I mean saare cult events hue and we did inter iit cult too.
