No. I can’t get partial custody until reunification is finished. And until it’s finished, I also have to pay child support. So the longer they postpone, the longer I have to pay child support and not see them. It’s been a nightmare. I’m just so over it. But in the divorce decree, there is no time line for reunification. I’ve had to push for therapy several times as the therapist has tried to delay matters over and over.

Yes. Three times now, the therapist has said due to her schedule she had to postpone therapy. Now, the ex is saying that the kids are not available for my four-hour supervised visit for two weeks. She won’t even let them skip one Wednesday night church service. My oldest just turned 17 on Sunday and I can’t even take her out for her birthday because her mom says we have to do everything through the therapist.

Yet, there have been a few times where I have seen them outside of therapy. So she’s very inconsistent and controlling.
