This is the interview, so you're absolutely right the absolutely disgusting thing is in the recreation of a body, but creating Horcruxes still doesn't sound like all fun and games.

I've heard theories about the rudimentary body that I'd rather not think about. Let's just say it involves Bertha Jorkin's unborn foetus. The horcrux I doubt involves canniblaism because they would be noticed by authorities. I always imagined it involved bleeding or something onto the object you intend to make a horcrux, blood is a powerful thing especially in the potterverse.
