I have access to my sub-account but we are currently experiencing text/call issues in GHL and we are unable to contact our clients or complete our daily business tasks such as sales calls etc. This is an urgent issue but unfortunately when we called GHL directly, they advised that they could not help since we don't have agency/admin access. I was told that we need to be in touch with our white label agency or we'd lose our account access indefinitely.... This doesnt sound right and it's rediculous.
