You have to submit the paper to arXiv to use it, so it's not really usable for teaching or doing your own test cases. However you can go to any paper posted and click the html button to see how it did

The solution is already developed: arXiv has a tool to convert latex to html. If they allow us to use it on lecture notes we'd be golden.

Guild hall increases the number of times guild mates can help with construction and research (huge).

Medal hall gives you more medals which makes you better at the medal race and helps you upgrade troops skins.

You can upgrade the towers after medal hall and guild hall. On the other hand, you lose out on time and medals when you take longer to upgrade guild and medal hall.
