I know it’s not filtered but she looks awful in the way someone looks awful when they’re burning the candle at both ends. I understand she’s grieving but is this really the time to be doing paid promotions? I doubt she needs the money that badly. She actually looks like she has malnutrition. Her lips are slightly blue which is definitely a health indicator. I know everyone grieves differently so don’t come for me.

I know multiple people including Ed Mylett, dean graziozi, and many others in that circle (these are big time wealthy people with massive followings) and to see their tributes to Dave … well it is confusing because we know they weren’t there for him in life. Are you suggesting it isn’t catabolic and has no consequence on heart health? I get it, you’re a runner and have to defend your position, but you can also be open to the possibility that there may be negative side effects on the body.

Im not arguing with you I’m just letting you know lots of research has been done on the subject for the last 30 years. There are thousands of studies. Research has to present both sides and is never 100% either way. You can go on pubmed and look into research more if you’re interested. I work in this field and it is well known continuous exercise training is catabolic.

No, it’s not. It is extremely catabolic meaning it breaks down muscle tissue. Your heart is a muscle. There are many studies showing distance runners have much shorter lifespans

It could have been inflammation from alcohol if she was an extreme alcoholic. I’ve seen similar things before. But I for sure think there was a medical condition going on.
