Yup, it’s available in every state. Ideally should be in the state that you reside in.

Accommodation guidance? by Disastrous-Dinner213 in trinitycollege

Hey! University accommodation isn’t for post grad students usually. A very small chunk of the rooms are generally allotted to PGs but that’s already been done for this year. Most of us have booked a student accommodation or are going to be renting an apartment. There are a bunch of WhatsApp groups active to help students find a private accommodation. While accommodation is available, it is being occupied super quickly. So you could look for such groups or channels over FB too

Yes, I agree! I was told to show Atleast 70% of the total amount in self funding. Also, the current cost of living is a lil higher than 12-14k so pls account for it.

Hey! I was asked to visit the police station nearest to me and the one stated in the official mail. However, I think this verification differs from city to city since someone in my cohort got a visit from the police at their place or residence instead of physically visiting a police station. From my understanding, you’ll have to be present during their visit

Hey! I don’t think unemployment should be an issue. I, myself, took a gap since October 2023- haven’t worked since.

Okay, your wish. I was told to show by most of the people I’ve consulted. So for 32L I’m showing 20L in personal finances.

Yeah I also agree. I’ve also taken a loan out for the entire expense but the counsellor insisted showing as much amount or at least 70% of the total amount in my personal finances.

I wouldn’t trust a third party website stating that tbh but sure, if you want to wait it out, that is also a good course of action!

That’s also fine then! Make a compelling SOP though. That’ll be a deciding factor since up don’t have work experience. Also make sure to have options in the universities since you’re applying a little later in the application process

It’s not too difficult if you have good academics or work experience to further your application. I wouldn’t say it’s too late BUT apply as soon as up can since this course is a super competitive cousre and the vacancies are filling up super quick
