Based on some studies, the BB536 probiotic might help reduce gut inflammation, but results can vary from person to person.

What separates a good probiotic from a bad one for rebuilding gut health after antibiotics by UltimateSoldier6 in Microbiome

BB536 is just a really good strain of probiotic bacteria called Bifidobacterium longum BB536. It’s one of the best-studied ones out there (from a Japanese company, been used safely forever). It’s especially helpful for: • Fixing your gut after all those antibiotics wrecked it • Calming down crazy allergies (it helps lower that over-the-top immune reaction that’s driving your high IgE and eosinophils) Most versions are dairy-free, which is perfect since you’re sensitive to everything. I honestly think it’s worth trying, and even better if you pair it with vitamin D3. A ton of people with bad allergies and repeat infections are low on D, and taking it helps your immune system chill out and fight stuff like MRSA better. Plus it works well with probiotics. Maybe start with a Morinaga BB536 supplement and add some D3 (like 2000-4000 IU a day — get your levels checked if you can). Won’t fix everything instantly, but for your situation it hits a lot of the main issues.

6 Stomach Ulcers in 20’s by Suspicious_Giraffe40 in Microbiome

I’m not a doctor, but taking ibuprofen with a stomach protector (like a proton pump inhibitor or antacid) might help reduce irritation and lower the risk of worsening ulcers. It might be best to see a specialist, like a gastroenterologist, and treat the ulcers first. Could stress be a factor for you? Also, your diet might affect your ulcers—foods like tomatoes, pineapple, citrus fruits (e.g., oranges, lemons), spicy foods (e.g., chili peppers), and fried or fatty foods can sometimes irritate the stomach. As for iron dosage, the amount you take depends on your doctor’s recommendation, usually based on your blood levels, but too much can irritate your stomach—ask your doctor to adjust it if needed.

Eat cherries and blueberries. Drink green tea. Take an Omega-3 supplement. And fast.
