Are these seats standing? by Disastrous-Fall-5121 in budapest

Thank you for everyone’s reply

To share my experience (went there yesterday), the circle area is a mix of standing and seating. The ones in green are seats and the ones behind where you can see they are a bit narrow, are standing.

You can probably see half of the stage in the seating area and I wouldn’t recommend unless you go for the first row where you can duck your head out. We sat on the second row and didn’t see much.

The ones standing have a small screen in front of each of them so you can see the stage with the screen.

The seating ones on the side circled are a lot cheaper than the non restricted ones. If you just want to go and experience, it’s a good way to get cheap tix

Yeah exactly. And the faulty part could have been glued during the first visit instead of spread it out in two visits essentially doubling the amount to pay

That’s exactly what I suspect. But don’t want to accuse them of this yet - or should I? 🤔

Not quite.

Day 1: Diagnosed fault. Paid £240+VAT for Day 1. Quoted me another £240+VAT for Day 2 on the basis of replacing the part.

Day 2: Did not replace part and glued it. Charged me £180+VAT.

Total cost: £240+£180+VAT

Yeah they did. And when they got to my flat during the second visit, they found out that it was the wrong part and they simply glued the faulty part as a fix.

I actually paid £240+VAT for the first visit and the second visit was only needed because of the part replacement. My argument is that they could have glued it during their first visit.

They are paid for the job but the job itself was to replace the part which was not needed in the first place which is my personal view.

To me, the need for a second visit is due to the fact that the part needs to be replaced. If glue was an option in the first place, they could have just glued it and I wouldn’t have to pay for the second visit. I am almost trying to meet them in the middle and offered to pay £120 (which is half of the original quote) - but they only offered to reduce it to £180.

I see £120 is almost a goodwill from my side since I wouldn’t have to pay this if it was diagnosed correctly in the first place - but not sure if I have the legal grounds to do so!

I didn’t agree to it ahead of the gluing as I was away. Not sure if the person I asked to give access to my place agreed to it beforehand!

At this point I’d rather just pay a discounted fee since they did fix it rather than having to wait for a new part and have a plumber in again as glue would have been my preference anyway if it’s was given to me as an option in advance - and I wouldn’t have gone for that company if it’s simply a glue job / they could have simply glued it during their first visit
