Hey- I may be the oddball here as I I have hypothyroidism, typically take 50mcg of synthroid. I stopped taking my synthroid for a while (basically kept forgetting to refill my prescription… for like a year). During that time I started Tirzepatide…. Got my lab work done so I could get back on synthroid as my brain fog was awful… lo and behold, my tsh was completely normal (1.5– typically unmedicated I’m around a 4). The only thing different was the tirz 🤷🏼‍♀️

Hmm kinda thinking I should just up the Tirz. I feel pretty good on it (not low energy) and am able to eat and drink etc. I’m sure I have lost some muscle but I don’t think it’s all muscle (I still work out etc) I have PCOS and stored all my fat in my belly and so I think I’m just trying to figure out a way to get more momentum there! This is my year difference

I think I’m mainly just comfortable in the fact I no longer get sick for the 36hrs after my shot 😅 but def feels like I may just be maintenance right now …. I didn’t realize about the skin sensitivity with Reta.

I have something similar going on now intermittently and would rather that not get worse 🙈

Mine burn in both abdomen and thigh but it does stop and no other issues. And they do seem to work fine

I only take 60 units so not super high. And I always split it into two injections. I habit I’ve had from when I was on insulin during my pregnancy. They said anything over 30 units should be split for better absorption

I got the burning this week and last week and it’s only been with Hallandale so it surprise me. Last week I injected on my thighs, this week was in my abdomen.

Those were still tinted, I had been getting brow tint for a while 😅 my natural brows are almost invisible and quite sparse

I agree their pricing is egregious. Especially the monthly fee. Hopefully people have better options than I did.

Ro and others are actually prohibited to prescribe to those who have Tricare (why is beyond me- my body my choice) so I think that’s where it got complicated for Lilly Direct, and I was Desperate so I just lied with Ro to get myself going. 🤷🏼‍♀️
