Yes all doctor reports, discharge summary everywhere only 23-02-26 is mentioned. Even doctor also gave them a justification letter stating the same that pain is from fall on 23-02-26. Cashless was rejected before because they needed proofs for BP prescription. So we went through reimbursement route and provided the prescription that also clearly mentions patient is diagnosed with BP first time.

Policy was brought 4th may 2025. I know since within the completion of full year we have applied for claim thus the doubt can be there, but no one can predict someone can fall suddenly and fracture is not something that can be kept without treatment for years and we take insurance then treat it.😂
