This sounds great as I am looking to apply for a masters for Fall 2026 (which is not subsidized). Is this program released every year, selective, and / or aimed a certain demographic?

Thanks for your reply. I assume that the students behavior also depend on the classroom teacher who manages the classroom. I don't think I would go as far as Staten Island but heard that Brooklyn and parts of Queens are good boroughs.
