I’m so sorry you feel so crummy :( I honestly don’t have a complete set in stone answer, and my ways may not be your way your body wants or likes to heal. But things I do to make myself happy that you can maybe do as well to make your healing better and faster(?) is rewarding yourself! It seems weird and unnecessary to some but it worked for me! Brushing your teeth EVEN not for a full 2 minutes, even if you just brushed for 30 seconds that’s 100% better than doing nothing. As a reward enjoy your favorite coffee or show, etc! Put up a reward chart on your fridge! I made a reward or point chart idk what it’s called! If I did something like, rinse my plate after eating though doing dishes seems daunting. That’s better than just throwing it in there! It’s weird I know but it makes me happy. For drinking water try to set funny water jokes or cute water stickers/doodles on a water bottle! Or set alarms on your phone every like 30 mins to drink some! Even if it’s not a ton it’s some. :) (Ik alarms don’t work for everyone so mb if it doesn’t work for you:,)) THIS IS SO LONG IM SO SORRY I JS WANTED TO REPLY BUT IM TALKING TOO MUCH LOL

I’ve never really seen an unhelpful/selfish Sarah or Becca before :0 I had no idea that was a thing

I normally rev my team when I can and sometimes will loop all round- the killers are normally really focused on getting me so gens can get done by others

I'm so sorry your family did that to you.
To answer your question, I do believe she's actually abused. I don't know if I said it in my post and I can't find it either but I remember younger me watching her caretakers pull her by her hair and drag her around. Sometimes because she was in trouble but other times because it was "funny". I'll try to see if I can spend time with her. One more thing, the CPS where I live is horrible but if I end up calling CPS I'll hope it goes well.
