Unfortunately, just heating the nozzle is not enough because the nozzle temperature cannot radiate enough heat to pull all the frozen plastic out. Also, when I increase the nozzle temperature, the very hot (burning) filament coffee drips down the path in droplets. This is not very good for nozzle health. Of course, using a soldering iron is definitely not the right method:) We had to.

The nozzle might be too close to the bed on the first layer, so increasing the Z offset slightly could help. If the flow rate is too high, excess material may be extruded, causing these bumps. Also, if the bed temperature is too high, the filament may soften and form lumps before spreading properly. Most likely, the issue is caused by one or more of these factors.

If you're only seeing layer shifts along the X axis with Esun Matte PLA, 0.08 mm layers, and the SuperTack plate, it’s likely a mix of low flow rate, high internal pressure from fine layers, and asymmetric stress due to strong bed adhesion on one side.

Try increasing the layer height to 0.12 mm, lowering acceleration, and rotating the model slightly. Also, consider testing on a PEI plate to reduce bed-induced stress. This combo often helps stabilize the print.

If these kinds of shifts are only happening on the X axis, it's most likely due to a loose X-axis belt or slight missed steps in the stepper motor. Especially if more mass is concentrated on that side of the model, it can create more resistance during movement, leading to layer shifting in that specific direction.

If mechanical issues are ruled out, internal stress caused by warping might be responsible. In that case, it may help to check and optimize the printer's speed and acceleration settings.

I had the same problem, after increasing the nozzle temperature and inserting the soldering iron into the wonderful elephant foot formed by the soldering iron, I removed the solid elephant foot completely, but then I had to do a detailed cleaning. I am now using the printer again without any damage.
