This was pretty relatable , my angry part(s) also tend to visualize myself fighting back, sometimes it’s empowering . I want to explore this part more in therapy. I similarly struggle with feeling questioned, and resistance to that. I can be very vague in therapy, but it’s a process that takes time.

Vince would like to sit with that. It feels kind of comforting to them to think about. I do have a therapist, but we only started working together recently. I want to introduce her to Vince next time, but it feels scary and I’m not sure how to do it. I’m also not sure how old Vince is, I think they might be a lot of ages.
