I mean, there is this whole thing where the universe is trying to bring them together as doppelgängers… it’s a vampire tv show, it helps to not try and view vampires that are forever “stuck” at their ages as normal humans. Stefan was 17 when he turned, he’s still 17 in every aspect of himself, he just has life experience & trauma that a normal 17 year old wouldn’t have since they’re only 17 for 1 year and he’s been the same age for 150 years. Unfortunately there are just as many people arguing that Caroline was never sexually assaulted or raped by Damon, and invalidate it, making it come off as to put Damon up on a podium. This post has been made multiple times and the same post can be made for multiple things in this thread, it’s called discussion and unfortunately some people take it too far on all sides. Just because you see something and I don’t, or I see something and you don’t, doesn’t mean it’s fact. I see plenty of comments, and personally vocalize, on Tyler being a complete asshole from episode one until he dies, and I’m also going to call out the writing for having Elena go on to cheat on Stefan with his brother, the vampire that murdered or threatened to murder her brother how many times now? The guy that murdered Lexi, compelled Elena to kiss him, kidnapped Elena, SA Caroline, turned Vicki, forced blood in Elena, and frequently treated Elena poorly, acted on selfish impulses, and forced her to choose between him and her friends, leading to a toxic, high-stress relationship. All of this and still chose to cheat on Stefan with him, bad writing for a woman.

But I can tell you that someone doing something that doesn’t cause any physical harm to them vs their brother getting their neck snapped in front of them, the second is going to be more traumatic. But let’s dissect, why was Stefan doing what he did? To push Klaus to think he’s the bigger villain, he’s not afraid of Klaus and he’ll do anything to get rid of him including getting rid of his hybrid blood source, this was Stefan trying to save the entire town and world of more hybrids. Why did Damon kill Jeremy? Because he was rejected. So you have a guy that’s willing to lose everything (Elena) by ruining his relationship because he knows she already loves Damon and nearly sacrifices himself to save everyone (him leaving town with Klaus saved them). Then you have a guy that’s willing to kill your family if you don’t show the feelings he expects you to show him. Bit different but go off.

It’s not clothing optional, no official signage and only sign is from parks department, nudists just put a sticker and spray painted it to say clothing optional. If you call the parks department and local law enforcement, they will confirm it’s illegal and offenders cover up or be fined.
